Terms of use
updated 2026-10-30 UTCThese terms cover the Fastlane website, the browser wallet, the launcher builder and gallery, the course, the APIs (/api/plan, /api/launchers, /api/ms, /api/token, /api/meta, /api/protocol, /api/stakes), the MCP server (/mcp), the SDK file, the fee key, the stake key and the keeper described on the protocol page. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
What Fastlane is
Fastlane is software. The wallet generates and encrypts a Solana keypair inside your browser, builds and simulates transactions, signs them on your device and sends them to public Jito block engines and a Solana RPC. Fastlane never receives your key and cannot move your funds. It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian or an investment adviser, and nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Your key
You alone hold your key. If you lose your passkey or password and have not exported the key, or if you clear your browser's site data, the wallet cannot be recovered by anyone. Keep an exported copy offline if the wallet holds funds.
Simulation and speed
Simulations run on the latest state. The chain can change between the simulation and inclusion, so a transaction that passed can still fail for its network fee, and a price can move up to your slippage limit. Priority fees and Jito tips are paid to validators and are not refunded. A Jito bundle lands whole or not at all, but no slot, order against other traders or time is promised. Times shown in ms are measured in your browser and depend on your connection. A launcher button sends what it was set to send when you press it or its hotkey.
Fees
Each trade made with the wallet pays 0.5% of its SOL side to the Fastlane fee key, as a transfer inside the same transaction. A keeper splits it every hour between stakers, the $FAST buy and burn, and launcher authors, as described on the protocol page; payouts below the thresholds stated there wait for a later hour. Network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, token account rent and pump.fun's own fees are separate and go to the network, validators and pump.fun.
Shared launchers
A launcher you save is public: anyone with its link or the gallery can see its buttons and author address, use it and clone it. Do not put anything private in a launcher name. We may remove launchers that impersonate others or carry abusive names.
Your responsibilities
- You check what you trade and launch. Coins launched on pump.fun are highly risky and most lose all their value.
- You follow the laws that apply to you, including on tokenized securities and sanctions.
- You do not use the APIs to attack the service or the chain, or to get around rate limits.
The token
$FAST gives a share of Fastlane's trading fee to stakers under the rules on the protocol page. It carries no ownership, no claim on any company and no promise of value. Staking has no program: staked $FAST is held by the stake key, a machine key run by the operators, and returned on an unstake request, normally within the hour. That is custody, and keys, keepers and RPC nodes can fail; you stake at your own risk.
Third parties
Fastlane is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Solana Foundation, Jito, pump.fun, Jupiter, the FIDO Alliance, the W3C, Anthropic or the issuers of any token it can trade. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to say which software Fastlane works with.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operators are not liable for lost funds, lost keys, failed or delayed transactions, missed trades, or any indirect loss arising from the use of the service.
