Fastlane moves to Solana

  • The browser wallet now holds a Solana keypair, made locally and encrypted the same way (passkey PRF or a 310,000-round password). Import takes a base58 secret key or a solana-keygen array; export gives base58 for Phantom or Solflare.
  • Each button keeps a signed v0 transaction: instructions from /api/plan, a simulation that sets the compute-unit limit (used plus 15%), a priority fee from the network's recent fees, the 0.5% fee transfer with its Memo, and a Jito tip. A fresh blockhash every 2.5 s re-signs every armed button with no network call.
  • The click posts the bytes at the same moment to six public Jito block engines (sendTransaction, no key) and to the RPC, then polls the signature every 120 ms. First live test, a 0.005 SOL buy on a pump.fun curve: simulated in 44 ms, 142,761 compute units, confirmed 624 ms after the send. The sell back: 620 ms.
  • Buys and sells go to the pump.fun bonding curve while the coin is on it (official pump.fun SDK) and through Jupiter after graduation. A curve buy with its max SOL cost set under the price fails the simulation and is never signed.
  • Launch + buy is one Jito bundle: pump.fun create_v2 signed by you and a mint made in the browser, then your first buy with the fee and the tip. Both land in the same slot or neither does. A lookup table with the 11 accounts every launch uses lets the pair simulate as one transaction: 126,777 and 128,244 compute units, 698 and 937 bytes.
  • Fees have no program: the 0.5% is a SOL transfer to the fee key in the trade itself. An hourly keeper folds the Memo records and pays 20% to shared-launcher authors, 50% to stakers and 30% to a Jupiter buy and Token-2022 burn of $FAST (70/30 without an author). Before $FAST, the stakers' and burn shares accrue and an accrue Memo records them every hour.
  • MCP tools build_tx, simulate, send_fast and launcher, and the SDK, now return and take base64 Solana transactions. The ms log keeps a send only once the chain shows it confirmed.

Fastlane becomes a wallet and a launcher builder

  • The wallet runs in the browser with no extension. The key is generated locally and encrypted with AES-GCM, the AES key derived with HKDF from a passkey's WebAuthn PRF output, or with PBKDF2 from a password. Export any time.
  • Launchers save to a public store with a /l/<id> link, clone counts and an author address. The gallery reads the same store.
  • A five-lesson course with Lane, the mascot, and a sandboxed demo in each lesson, at /learn and on the home page.
