The bundle
The wallet makes a new mint keypair in the browser. Transaction 1 is pump.fun's create_v2 (a Token-2022 mint with 6 decimals, paired with SOL), signed by you and the mint. Transaction 2 is your first buy on the new curve, with the 0.5% fee transfer, its Memo and the Jito tip. Both go with sendBundle to every public Jito block engine. A bundle executes whole, in order, in one slot, so the first buy on your curve is yours. It is never sent to the RPC alone, because a create without its buy would break that.
How it is simulated
The buy needs the curve the create makes, so the wallet simulates the create alone, then the create and the buy together as one transaction, which fits in one packet thanks to a lookup table with the 11 pump.fun accounts every launch uses (EkJyt8...). The compute-unit limit of each transaction comes from those runs. Only then are both signed. If the simulation fails, nothing is signed.
Parameters
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Program | pump.fun, 6EF8rrecthR5Dkzon8Nwu78hRvfCKubJ14M5uBEwF6P |
| Mint | Token-2022, 6 decimals, made in your browser |
| Creator | your wallet, which receives pump.fun's creator fees |
| Metadata | name up to 32 characters, ticker up to 10, description, image up to 1 MB |
| First buy | the SOL set on the button, at 1% slippage on a fresh curve |
After the launch
The new mint is added to your watch list and selected, so your buy and sell buttons start signing against its curve right away. When the curve graduates, the same buttons switch to Jupiter, which routes through its PumpSwap pool.
