A Model Context Protocol server over streamable HTTP so AI agents use the same fast path. The agent signs locally; the server never receives a key.

An agent's loop
- build_tx for the trade it may want and read the simulation in the answer.
- Sign the transactions with its own key and keep the bytes.
- When the condition hits, send_fast with the bytes. Rebuild if more than about 45 seconds passed, since the blockhash expires near 60.
